What are we looking for?

We achieved a 100% growth rate in 2021 and are looking for a candidate to improve our operations, meaning to oversee our digital and core banking product development, implementation and maintenance processes and collaborate tightly throughout the organization.

Your general responsibilities

● Designing and implementing daily business operations in collaboration with CEO and department managers;

● Finding ways to improve processes in Core and Digital Banking; Implementation, maintenance, and development

● Setting comprehensive goals for performance & business growth, and plans to improve key performance indicators;

● Establishing policies that promote the Company’s culture and vision;

● Overseeing daily operations of the Company;

● Mentoring and empowering employees to achieve maximum performance and dedication;

● Evaluating performance by analyzing and interpreting data;

● Writing and submitting reports to the CEO on operations and achievement of operational goals;

● Representing the Company in relationships with clients/partners/vendors

● Other activities assigned by the Employer that are within the management of operations.

What do we expect?

· Bachelor’s degree in information technologies or management and organization or similar.

· Min two (2) years of proven experience as Chief of Operations/Operations Manager or relevant role.

· Experience in IT company and understanding of software development cycle is required

· Banking domain knowledge is very advantageous

· Understanding of business operations development, presales, sales, finance, etc.

· Working knowledge of performance/operation metrics

· Outstanding organizational and leadership skills

· Excellent interpersonal problem-solving skills

· Excellent written and oral communication skills, and effective communication in English

· Computer literacy, knowledge of project, task, and process management tools

· Driving license
